Arisaema kishidae

Unavailable for 2018
A later spring blooming Japanese jack-in-the-pulpit that besides being easy to grow is really charming. Growing to over 15" tall with two leaflet-type leaves, it looks all the world like a minature arisaema serratum. Above the leaves is a brownish purple flower with a hood that drapes over the top and then extends with a long whip like tongue. Reliable and persistant in the garden. Zone 5 hardy
